even with nothing;
nothing in savings or checking
…I understand worth..

It is in times of fault that understand most what worth and value are. Nicely written
I hope in times of abundance I do not forget
I'm sure you will not
Can -$1.00 even be in a bank account?! Anyways, a thirsty kid knows the value of a cool drink of water.
Are you like 90 years old still writing checks and sending off your pigeon to deliver?
Haha! I wouldn`t mind keeping a pigeon. By the way, there`s a great video on Youtube of Mike Tyson visiting a renowned pigeon trainer in Belfast, Ireland. (Tyson gets confused and thinks he`s in "Dublin, England"!)
Demar, this carries a quiet strength…laying out the nothing so plainly, then landing on “I understand worth..” like a truth no one can take. It’s restrained, but it hits deep. Beautiful piece, my friend. The king of concise comes up with a KO. Well done! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
I am nothing without a reader, I appreciate you taking your time to understand me
Demar, this hit me…that gratitude toward the reader is real, and I appreciate you sharing that. But you’re far more than that…with or without anyone reading. I’m just glad to be along for the journey with you. 🌌✨🙏🖤
We often take things for granted until we don’t have it anymore. I certainly took my good knees for granted, wish I still had them lol. I hope you find peace in other things and abundance in joy rather than objects.
Lately I’ve been sitting out in the sun for hours… now I have a nice lil tan and my skin is peeling a little bit but wow it feels like the ultimate form of relaxation.. my health has been the most valuable thing to me and that’s what makes me feel like I’m rich and blessed. Still though I need to manage my finances better 😅. I hope your knees come back better than ever!
That sounds wonderful, I’m glad you’ve spent your time outside. I unfortunately seem to be cooped up inside due to work and bad weather. Finances are difficult to take care of so I can sympathize with you on that. Thanks for the kind wish, maybe I should try some PT 😂
