Whispering Shadows

Şenay

Trapped in the same cycle,

aching to be free.

Anger, grief, and fear

keep pulling back at me.

Seasons fall like leaves

from every broken tree.

Childhood snow has melted,

lost its purity.

Still I search for something,

someone I can be.

Echoes of a past

that never grants release.

Time coils and bends around me,

endlessly.

Shadows whisper softly,

shaping what I see.

In dreams my soul wanders

through a forgotten sea.

Light dissolves to mist,

and I drift silently.

Every silent battle

hides a deeper plea.

Wandering through the night,

seeking a place

beyond eternity.
