writing on sand

arqios

"to write on sand"

Where it not for one to play buffoon
or to say of none we're way too soon
involved in peddling mass hysteria
when it's been held in each posterior
consciousness - makers of peace are
blessed. So ever to be near or far
we at our disposal have in hand
a power to write upon our sand.

Well written. My brain is working today . Your poem reflects on the duality of being involved in societal issues, the significance of peace, and the fleeting nature of existence.

It may be the change of the month, the other one was almost overstaying. Have an excellent Spring, Friendship. And thanks ever so much πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ™

Dang it! I been trying to write on sand in this sandstorm. I'm getting nowhere! lol. That might be some deep insight or metaphor of your poem, but I've not the foggiest idea of what it might be. No change there then for me.

See the stumps of the houses built on sand, traffic hazards! πŸ€©πŸ™πŸ•ŠοΈ

Cryptic this poem seems to emphasize that transient and non-permanent nature of peace nicely done

        • arqios

Always precarious, perhaps there is hardly peace in the idle mode of those that seek it. But that’s just a conjecture, of course. Thanks kindly dear friend πŸ™πŸ»πŸ•ŠοΈ

The Voices of the Peaceful are usually drowned out by the Cries of Hateful few.
            Good Write.

There is the choice.Peace or war.To write our own destiny in sand. This made me think

              • arqios

Perhaps we need to choose better wherein to write our stuff. But that's just me on this sandy bank. πŸ™πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ€©
