Silver Chevy Nova Part: 2

ForeverJesus7

How I love a Chevy Nova,
with smooth silver paint.
Before I even,
get to the door,
it's beauty makes me faint.
It has wide rugged tires,
and factory wheels,
for driving on dirt and dust,
and a loud rumbling engine,
running smoothly,
without any rust.
It's interior is nice,
grey and smooth.
The steering wheel's big,
and it's turning is loose.
It's the best American muscle,
and it's sharp as a knife.
... but it's not fun driving it,
unless I'm sitting next to my wife.

I’m not too familiar with the Chevy Nova. I would give you my option, but I wouldn’t want to misinform ya. When I was into cars I liked the older Pontiac GTO. Never owned one myself; but she had power; man could she go!! I’m not the one to write about muscle cars; I’m not an expert on this topic, but I did try hard.

I only know a few muscle cars,
but some things are just,
a work of art.
I always loved Pontiacs.
They'll always hold a place in my heart.
Ironically, I was never really a fan,
of Mustangs or Camarros.
They were just never my thing.
... but if I even knew how,
to drive at all,
a Nova is all that would be in my ring

A silver Chevy nova is in my opinion the best ,
It has great memories for me , more than the rest
My grandma would take me on drives and she teaches me about the Lord,
It’s a car that I’d have , if only I could afford
Just me and my husband around we’d drive,
And park down a dark road and watch the Montana night skies,
We talk about struggles on getting to where we are,
We’ve traveled across the country and have came far ,
We know where we are going and where we will end up,
At the end of our journey- baby from here , it’s Jesus that fills our cup,

I might not be able to drive.
So I'll keep it in place.
I will call it my,
'Silver Chevy Nova Office Space'.
It can be my home away from home:
my other place of peace,
where I can sit behind the wheel,
and my wife in the passenger seat.
... a nice place to wind down the window,
and light up my cigar,
and at night I can stare through the windshield,
at the moon and all the stars.
... just stare at the super-novas,
from my silver Chevy Nova car.

Well I am very familiar with Chevy’s as I owned a few. My favorite was my 1968 Camaro SS with a 396 that had over $5,000 dollars put into the engine and my brother’s father in law bought for $500 dollars and fixed a short in the distributor, then sold it to me for $800 dollars. The guy who originally owned the vehicle thought he had blown the engine after racing it, but he hadn’t. Damn the vehicle could shit & git! Period.
