Hinduism at its best a chakra where a kick in the ass might set it off. Always loved Ganesh here the worship of Ganapati leads to Brahman. Deep thoughts my friend

I like your reply, Soren. Yes, a kick in the ass is what sets "it" (haha) off. I was avoiding the roots for so long because, paradoxically, I was assuming that "working" on them would worsen the situation I`ve been locked in, both physically and psychologically.

Mutley, this hit me hard…there’s a tension in it that feels compressed, like something trying to break through. It’s tight but charged. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

I guess the Hindustanis were trying to tell us something! All those intense emotional states like anger, lust, panic, arrogance etc. rising up to the head. The roots reach down into the good earth.
