Notice of absence from ViolenceEndeavour
no motivation
no motivation
Even behind a curtain,
I feel an instinct to perform
One thing that seems certain,
Im a lower life form.
They say don’t need someone,
Who is happy and loud,
But if I act like the sun,
Im more fun to be around.
If I get too close,
And show my real feelings,
They’ll turn up their nose
And it’ll be back to concealing.
Other people help me feel alive,
Their approval is all I need to achieve.
So I’ll still cry when somebody leaves,
Even if it’s myself I should grieve.

- Comment from author about the poem: sorry for not posting recently I’ve been kinda losing it lol and uh I’ve slept 2 hours max every night for the past month I’m kinda tweaking more than usual.. it’s 5am as I’m posting this.. + this poem kinda sucks, but all of my poems do so oh well. I always write when I’m suffering, is that just me? No? Okay good.
