We be having a full blown conversation and some one points out a personal flaw out loud knowledgeable about my personal issue but u state an announcement like u embarssing me . Then get mad at me because I'm defending my self justify my personal issues but u upset because u tried to embarrass me but u saying u helped me .

It is a manipulative tactic used to avoid accountability for causing embarrassment, where the person acts indignant or victimized to put you on the defensive for pointing out their behavior, often using the excuse "I was just trying to help".
