That’s the beauty of “free will.” We choose what path to walk. We choose who we listen to and with whom we talk. He gives us this precious gift with the hopes we stand firm with Him. Many of us including myself failed this test in the beginning. Never did He give up on us. Never did He leave. All those silent prayers we spoke? He heard; to our disbelief. It takes a rock bottom; a complete fall. That’s where God meets you. That’s where your name He calls. Not all rock bottoms look the same as we are all unique. But to our hearts Our Heavenly Father begins to speak. It is not easy and sometimes you may tell God that He’s wrong. That’s when He begins to show you how He’s been with you all along. During this period He’ll show you over and over again. That He loves you more than anyone in this world; and He’ll ask you to let Him in. So He can heal the parts of you that others may never see. The parts of you that hurt the most. So you can then be free. Free from the bondage and pain from the past. Home with God at long last! In the end it’s up to us on the path we choose; why not choose the path of healing? What have you to lose?
