A day from now,
my excitement builds,
happiness all around,
nothing seeming down.
The sun on my side,
no wrong turns made,
a happy day ahead of me,
the day of the year.
That one day,
one where I can forgett all worries,
only focus on family,
friends and those held dear.
All simply a single day away,
making my heart sway
