I acquaint one and all with reality.
Eliot's judgement – enlightenment for me;
Now I understand the error of my ways,
And everywhere I see a vacant gaze.

Now is your chance to confront me openly and rationally. Make the Dastardly Desu and friends a minority!
Reality can be to bright for me . So sometimes I put on the Shades.
Too bright? No, it should start just outside your skin and encompass all that you are able to discern.
The brighter the better.
Dave you instantly get a fave for the reality issue for I am not sure myself what reality is anymore. As for Desu I hate to feel motherly and it was never in me to be protective but somehow I like the guy at the same time I understand your point.
‘Don’t get it Soren. If from your POV you have reservations re reality, and I’m pushing it, why fave me?
To clarify anyway: there has to be an ultimate reality, and I obviously have no access to this. The reality(s) to which I refer are those possibly within the limits of my perception and which are subject to all manner of deviousness and lies. Now if this is congruent with Eliot’s view, I cannot tell but you are free to ask him if you so wish….
Your halfhearted advocacy for Devious Desu here very much echoes for me a previous similar circumstance….
As for reality for me it only exists in the mind of each person each with their own reality and all different. Lies are what people that tell them feel are not true. As for Desu Dave you know me by know I do not like hurting others and I hate to discourage anyone from writing poetry whether it is good or not because we all learn from experience
I'm sure you wouldn't want to hurt any of the Dictators around now or through history either, Soren.
I only swat mosquitos drawing my blood and poisonous snakes around my home even the weeds I pull I ask pardon of
Loosing coherence, Soren. Take a break.
Dave, this...along with the T.S. Eliot quote, really lands…that sense of a shift within, followed by seeing it reflected everywhere else. Especially with that closing image, it carries a quiet weight that sticks. Powerful write, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
I asked for confrontation Tristan, and you provide support and compassion. You recalcitrant, you...😜
LOL! Did you expect anything else from me, Dave? 🤷♂️🤣
Of course not Tristan - and do you realise how contradictory my responses feel as a result?
Yes they are ready to believe all sorts of lies but when it comes to reality the eyes and mind tend to overlook the obvious 🤔
No, this pin is me having just another whinge, whine or whatever - you are not obliged to follow...lol.
Is it so. 🤔then better snap out of it and enjoy life while you can. Have a relaxing day 💅
Yes Ma'am.😊
oh wow - nice to know someone taking my advice seriously...
have a beautiful week ahead,,,,
I have my momenta of weakness. It won't happen again😜
Having moments of weakness only shows you are human too😁but stay strong 💪
With you behind me I cannot fail.... take care and have a great whichever part of the week you are in when this reaches you.
