I don’t want to write anymore

Demar Desu - 德马尔·德苏

Some poets  don’t need to be read

no competition

no offense to the poets

sigh… but I’m tired

A.I chat bots vs Human conversation

artificially

sigh… art is officially

dead, destroyed and gone

and even when it seems all hope is lost

I hope it matters

because I believe in us

being Gods image

should I just build the wall…

how can I not care?

how can I just give it up?

because it feels fake!

Neo in the Truman Show

the world I live in

no not a simulation

just systematic

we are all just entertainment

sigh… women lying

sigh… men digging in trash cans

and then there’s me… sigh

I have no time to argue

is this truly it?

I use to believe in faith

and I still believe

the imperfection in perfection

but I doubt you all

sigh… even in Gods likeness

we still come up short

I don’t know what matters anymore

time and time again

i wonder what is the point

credit, fame or love

in the end I still love you…

salute to artist

there is no me without you

but enough of me…

  • Comment from author about the poem: Seriously considering just not writing anymore. I feel like I’ve written all I’ve needed to say and I’ve wrote what’s already been said. So now what, should I just die? Well if this is the last poem I ever write then here’s 10 haikus… just cause I love you.
