For a Child

Neville

For a Child

for you,

although there

may be

few tomorrows ..

I swear,

I shall try to live

every single

one of them on

your behalf ..

and tho’ I refuse

to mention

you here in name,

today I do

solemnly swear

it shall be

remembered

and recited in my

head and our

hearts, in songs

and in poetry

for ever and always ..

Wow! This is heavy and heart-felt. It is a testimony to the enduring power of love. May peace be with you.
