I break myself

Maplespal

 

Alone I break and let it fester within,
do all the damage to myself I sin.
Destroy my houses foundations and walls.
Disbelieve the thoughts the blood recalls.
Knuckles damaged headache I'm bound.
Alone I break myself down.
