Notice of absence from Tristan Robert Lange
Friends, I’m doing my best to keep up with comments. 😅 I’m still current on my own poems and first replies on others’ work, but this season has been a bit of a twister. Figured I’d drop a quick note so you don’t think I’ve vanished or gone flaky.
Read. Write. Rise. Realize. 🤘💀🖤

  • Friendship

OMG, well said.Your poem explores feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, and the impact of technology on communication. The poet grapples with an overwhelming sense of dread and confusion in response to incoming messages, suggesting a broader commentary on the pressures of modern life and the psychological toll of constant connectivity.

    • Tristan Robert Lange

Exactly Frienship, thank you for this…truly. That sense of pressure and confusion is exactly what I was trying to get at…glad it landed. I really appreciate you taking the time to share that. 📱🧠🖤🙏

    • arqios

Like a wheel within a wheel the butterflies in the tummy have butterflies in their tummy and the hamster at the wheel within another wheel spinning from its own hamster.... ad infinitum 🕊️🙏

      • Tristan Robert Lange

arqios, man…that spiral just keeps going, doesn’t it? Thanks for naming it, my friend. Appreciate you. 📱🧠🖤🙏

      • cellinic

          • Tristan Robert Lange

orchidee, hahaha…yep, there it is. WCAT…case closed. Popeye & Co stay undefeated. This just made my day, my friend. 📱🧠🖤🙏

          • Teddy.15

lol I find the funny side as I'm the worst ever technology boff! But my husband on the other hand is an optical designer for space! So I do have some help setting stuff up. Your creativity today has given me a much deserved chuckle 🤭

            • Tristan Robert Lange

Teddy, lol…that’s such a great contrast. You keeping it real, him designing for space…meanwhile we’re all just trying to keep up. 😂 Glad this gave you a well-earned chuckle. Thank you for that. 📱🧠🖤🙏

            • sorenbarrett

Very psychological, the tendency for questioning and self blame on what one does not understand. Questioning, confusion. Certain stimuli trigger thoughts and emotions. Well written my friend the format emphasizes the message

              • Tristan Robert Lange

Soren, I really appreciate this…especially you picking up on the format too. It’s all part of that spiral feeling, you know? Glad it connected with you. 📱🧠🖤🙏

              • Katie B.
