Sympathy of the Heart

RSM0812

Sympathy rivaled by the heart,

Begs to differ, fall apart.

The beat it pounds, the blood it tips.

On the wings of angels, golden wips.

It whispers deep into the will,

Heaven binding, nature still.

And as the earth, it turns and sways,

Its rounded purpose, blameless stays.

And swooping of the crest and shield.

Oh nature of my heart revealed.

Sympathy the initial spark to ignite charity is such a good topic in this poem. There is too little of it around now days. Nicely written

Again, your interpretation is very much appreciated. Thank you.
