Inconstancy

cellinic

The glaciers shift and change their place,
The continents will change their shape,
New storms and gales the sailors face
Beyond the coastline and the cape.
The thunder changes its own sound,
The human heart is never still,
And ancient arts are shifting ground
Beneath a bold and daring quill.
The forests change their outer dress
To turn to coal within the deep,
And some one day may even guess
How squaring of the circle’s keep.
Used to the earthly rush and crime,
The Time flies through the space above…
“Nothing is permanent,” says Time.
Inconstancy has timeless life.

cellinic… there’s a quiet, ancient weight in this…everything shifting, never quite settling. It pulls you into that sense of constant movement, and it lingers in a grounded way. You held that feeling all the way through. Beautifully done, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
