Mystical Mist ( Misty)

Tacchi, Charlotte

                             Mystical mist

The sound of hoof beats pound in my mind. I hear her whinnies and neighs in my subconscious. The sounds I know like the beating in my heart. She makes my heart race at her own fast pace. The great pain in my heart the ache in my body. When all I want to do is find her and cry into her mane and tell her how much I missed her. All I can do is remember the warm feeling of her body. I love her and I’m never going to stop cause the love for her that I hold in my whole heart is one that can’t be replaced. She was there for my highs and lows and always challenged me and made me better as a whole. So to whoever is reading this just know , sometimes it’s good to let go so they can be the light in someone else’s life.    -Charlotte Tacchi

A solemn good bye can sometimes sting worse than a final farewell, especially when you don't know where they've gone. Great write!
