Not a bone of mine has been cracked
How impressed people are when I say this fact
But have I climbed enough trees
If all I ever get is bruised knees?
No cavities have existed in my mouth
So nothing has ever gone south
Have I eaten enough candy
If everything is fine and dandy?
Have I lived
If there's nothing to forgive?

Some folks are never satisfied.... though I do find this a little hard to believe.... unless you are about 12....
Ha, ha! I'm not twelve, and I am serious! No interesting stories I guess! Sprains, scrapes, and a surgery, but no cavities or broken bones!
Amazing! Bionic woman or discovered the secret of eternal survival?
Live life to the fullest, chew the marrow from the bone and suck it dry. Live each day as if it were the last and leave nothing on the bucket list. Better a short life full of explosive joy than a long dreary one. A most mind provoking piece.
I agree completely, and absolutely yes to that metaphor.
🥷… this lands in that quiet space…everything looking untouched on the surface, but raising the question of what that really means. That turn into what hasn’t happened carries weight, and it stays with you. Powerful, thoughtful piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thanks for reading, my uninjury is boring for the most part, but I suppose I need to use my freedom of adventure more often.
