He’s just a dog

Allie561

My dog ate the vitamins on the table

I was so angry, more than what I thought was capable

But really it wasn’t his fault

After all I left them out by the salt

I left him alone in the dining room

I’m sure his nose could smell it’s fume

So my poor dog got yelled at

Oh if only I’d seen that

He’s only a dog

A understandable write in reality but in metaphor we often blame others for things that they do not know or are capable of knowing. Well written

Very true Soren, I need to stop and think before I act. Thank you.
