Flawed

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Know that I have faults and try to correct them daily,

Was sick of hair early on, got rid of it like Bill Bailey.

What do they have to sacrifice to win an Oscar award?

Superstars aren't demigods, fake activists, cut the chord.

Everything over serious, remember Freddy Got Fingered?

Their illusion is crumbling, now we must look inward,

Everything you were ever taught needs to be rescinded.

Those gold things look like idols. Though idols are not only made of gold, wood, stone, etc, but we know they can be things in our lives - money, riches, fashion, etc.
Cooeee - you gone home yet, fella? We know who. lol.
