2 birds yapping,
One hoped for a bud,
The other made a dap,
Pading its way up,
One way nap,
Before it starts to tap
Its story is a yap
One does the clap,
Before its starts its lap,
Its music is a yap
Or it is a dope
When it knows nope
Of its map
The 2 chirp,
But one does its chip
Off the ship
Leaving the other chirp
Yap brag of its champ
When its yap
Is a nap

Isa, this has a playful, experimental feel…like it’s more about sound and movement than anything fixed. That repetition of “yap” really drives it…giving it a voice of its own as it loops and shifts. I enjoy when a piece just leans into that kind of rhythm. Well written, my friend. Glad to see you post again. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
