Notice of absence from NinjaGirl
Hi everyone! I have been gone for a while, I don’t know if any of you all have noticed, but I apologize for not leaving a notice anyway. I will be gone for a while. I am not done writing poetry, and I have not given up. But I will be away for some time. I expect to return around 2028. Not sure if any of you guys will see this, but thank you for reading my poetry. Please do not worry, I will be okay! I look forward to returning!

There's no rhyme or reason to it do I 

rhyme my reasons or will that

prevent a serious discussion?

 

If the poets speak the truth

but the truth spoken is artistic will it

end up being dismissed?

 

If crime thrives in chaos

and chaos leads to crime will the

cycle ever end?

    I like rhyme, but most of all there has to be content, an idea worth chewing over, otherwise the whole exercise is meaningless to me. I personally am more interested in ideas, but need to see initial commitment from the author rather than just putting it up there.
    Interesting question.
