Just A Dream

Masking

Just a dream,

Yet came in feel.

I saw it so,

Was it really real.

Was I awake,

When the thunder struck.

Or the rain fell,

For just my luck.

Awoken by sound,

In my shaken ear.

There wasn't any storm,

Just me in fear.

It was different,

In the tempest's gale.

Misty damp and dark,

I was so pale.

I couldn't speak,

Yet my face spoken.

This will be lasting,

Can't fix the broken.

Ill await now,

Gripping cold lost sheets,

In dreams or realities.

They stay same feats.

Triumph over night,

It's hands now loosen.

Taken back by how to feel,

What shall truly ever be real.
