when the sun is shining it takes away the blue
warms the heart and soul as it comes shining through
makes life feel much better happy bright and gay
bringing happiness as it shines away
grey skies they have gone if only for awhile
gone now has the gloom time to wear a smile
time for lots of joy time to have some fun
on such a lovely day underneath the sun
