Longing

thinkerbell

I long to live,

Yet I can barely breathe

In the stifling silence

I long to forgive ,

Yet I can barely feel

In the pathos of hatred

I long to give ,

Yet I can barely see

In the smoke of greed

I long to thrive ,

Yet I can barely stand

In the arena of violence

Yet life longs to live again

This sums up that life will always find a way. It was incredibly written.
