In THe Glade

cully45

In the Glade

I stand and wait

Anxious to know my fate

Enjoying the peace and solitude

Amongst the flowers and the trees

Just hoping its not to late

As the Sun beams rain down

From high above

From a gap, just like heavens open door

I feel the heat

And savour the moment

Peace and tranquillity that’s for sure

My heair shines like a cluster of lights

As the Sunlight reflects a glow

Like mystical orbs of glowing  moons

As high above

Up in the tress

Birds sing their magic tunes

So wonderful a place to be

Full of inspiration and mystery

A paradise on earth

As I stand and contemplate

Everything I do enjoy

And appreciate what its worth

I feel its great to be alive

Here in this leafy glade

Just heaven here on earth
