Cloudless Sky

Tayama

I pushed Babygirl on the swing.

Up to heights she has never been.

Giggles and screams

As she tried to touch the trees

Where above a sky so blue

With no clouds in our view

And today we were just two.

In the park where she knew

That her on the swing looking back at me

Would bring me the peace.

I needed so badly to feel

For in a girl not yet 3

She knows what I need.

Just her and me…

Under a perfect cloudless blue sky

On a day that forever will fuse us as 1…

Given to us from the Father that always provides.

His perfect gift…Love.

Here is the rejuvenating joy of a child that revives the old in ways that only a child can. Is it the memory of our own childhood or the effervescent energy of children themselves that rubs off. Well written

Children are salve for the soul.
