Notice of absence from DeadRose
Time travelling. Will be around sporadically.

I am waiting for life after a death.
Guilt, or lack thereof,
spraying mothers perfume
over herself, in order to consume
rolling roars of tears by
absence and comfort.
I am waiting for life after a death.
How long must I wait
stewing in my terrible self rot
to purge away the sins I
only thought I have committed?
I am waiting for a life after death.

Sounds miserable. I like the one that gives us life, and life more abundant.
I hope you find what your hoping for. x
We all are awaiting this if it indeed exists and we hope it does or at least most of us hope for it. Guilt is associated as well for fear of having to pay for what we have done. A good poem that tells its story well
