Is chivalry dead? it may seem so: the Charmer is putting on a pretty good show..
Not robbing the rich to give to the poor; fleecing the workers: what's worth working for?
There's always lip service: give the start-up a go; a capital gain?
I don't know. But it sure has a stench: listening to the fearless leaders; makes me want to..get back to my life...where everything is nice...where my enemies are friends...where forgiveness heals, and mends; where my love awaits...no debates.

The frustration in the opening gradually gives way to something more hopeful and human by the end…almost like the speaker pulling back toward the values that actually matter.
