Foot-and-mouth disease,

Mad cow disease (BSE),

Covid-19,

Destruction

followed by

destruction,

it makes us stop,

re-think,

change,

improve.

Do not despair,

embrace the change

and

rise up again NOW

as

Phoenix from its ashes.
