Farts π€£
A sudden stir, a silent draft,
The quiet ghost of belly craft.
A whispered note, a fleeting sound,
That shifts the air, then leaves the ground.
It travels fast, a phantom guest,
Escaping from a hidden chest.
It brings a blush, a stifled grin,
A fleeting storm from deep within.
No trumpet blast, no grand display,
Just echoes of the passing day.
A social test, a sudden breeze,
That brings the giants to their knees.
So let it fade, let tension go,
The rhythm only bodies know.
A human quirk, a fragrant art—
The brief and bold, unbidden fart.

What a ride! π. Well done!
I'm deeply grateful for your visit to read my poem
Well written on a forbidden subject is a good start to a fave. Well rhymed and made me smile that childish smile of such a topic. It gets a fave from me. Andre the Giant used to like to get in an elevator loaded with people and let one rip suffocating all inside.

Thank you.I am grateful that you took the time to read my poem.
nice rhyming .
very well....
Thank you
Friendship, hahaha...you took something utterly ridiculous and somehow made it genuinely poetic. The playful seriousness of the tone all the way through absolutely got me. βThe quiet ghost of belly craftβ is one heck of an opening. This made me laugh out loud, my friend. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
