Free Love

Why is there so much hate and bigotry?
Why can we live in peace and unity?
There's no need for violence and guns
We don't need to hit each other in the buns
We need more understanding and love
You'll be surprised that kindness can fit us like a glove
For all my gay brothers and sisters
I hear you, and I'm standing by you
I may not know all that you're going through
But I will be your friend, loyal and true

There seems to be a prejudice against all things that fall out of the norm jealousy for those more beautiful and revulsion for those deemed more ugly, acceptance for those like us and hatred for those different. Other animals the same chickens have a pecking order where some will be pecked to death. Well written

    Nicely written
