Pleasure in simple things.

Samza Ma brokhada

Pleasure in simple things.

Take a pinch of salt, so happiness doesn’t consume you.

Take a spoonful of fear, so that you may feel growth.

Sip a cup of sadness; when the cup is finished, so is the sadness.

Take a bowl of joy, and consume it with all that you have.

Place a plate of regret before you; a little bite is enough to change your ways.

Build a table that breathes life into you, where friends feel they belong.

Find a love that makes you build a house, so that it may become a home.

Read enough books, but too much consuming may lead to solitude.

Love with your heart, live with your head; this journey needs your feet.

Live a fulfilling life.
