Pray With Me

Anthony Hanible

Pray with me

Not because we have the answers

But because our hearts are tired

Of pretending we don’t need help

Pray with me

When the night feels too long

When the silence grows heavy

When the questions outnumber the strength We woke up with

Pray with me

Let’s lift what we can’t carry

Place it in hands wiser than ours

And breathe like hope is still possible

Pray with me

Not as perfect people

But as people who are trying

Who still believe that light can find us

Even here

Pray with me

And maybe tomorrow

Will feel a little softer

Because we didn’t face it alone
