Can’t start

marissa

A car cant start without its fuel

But the fuel is useless by itself

The handler of the pump ought to be taught how it must be used

‘Dad,how do i use a pump?’

But no answer can come from the man of gasoline

Or his wife of matches

Because if a car is damaged from the start

No fuel can alter its build

A car without gas a gun without bullets, a poet without words. A most mind provoking write

Marissa, this is a powerful metaphor. The image of fuel, pumps, and damaged machinery creates a stark reflection on upbringing, guidance, and the limits of what can be repaired later. The final line lands with real weight. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
