I would do anything
to get out of my head—
and let go of all the things
left unsaid.
If I could shed my ego, in
all the places it’s been bitten,
I could take back all the words,
and sentences left unwritten.

A lovely passage or two here that speak a mountain. It is what we don't say and don't do that troubles us most. Lovely and a fave
Well done
