What's seen

2781

Some see the evil

Others are blind

Eyes that are single are drawn to the light

For darkness is as light to you

The night shines as the day

,even in the deepest depths

Your Spirit has his way

Laughing at the foolishness

In all their fun and games

Riddling in the midst of it

For children's eyes to see

Illuminating darkness

Your Spirit sets us free

Darkness is not dark to you

The night shines like the day

Seeing you in everything

To light the truth and way.

Who are the sleazy

Attracting flies

Not easy

Telling

Lies

Well

Who said

Am I lying

It could be just crap

Is it so surprising

That I might think like that?

Don't be dismayed

Who can do or say

To change the verdict

Deeper down within

Like a short circuit

We have a righteous judge

To him all knees shall bow

Bring the wailing women

Time to weep and howl.

Dark and light perceptions cast in this poem nicely done

Valiantstar, this really moved me. There is a sense of conviction running through this piece from beginning to end...a confidence that light ultimately reveals what darkness tries to conceal. The spiritual energy here is unmistakable. Powerful write, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
