I whisper in the wind
'I love you'
And off like a march hare
It's suddenly gone
Through the open fields
Dancing with corn
Through hawthorn bushes
And the leaves of blackthorn
The flowers sing
To the sound of my call
Their petals bloom
Fragile but strong
As the wind skates off
Secret waterfalls
Just like a river
Onward it flows
Forever winding
With this message to you
Heard but unheard
Wherever it goes
Until finally
It gently touches your soul
And you know that I'm with you
Even though i am gone
But nature knows
For it carries my heart
That to me, my love
You are the one.
