What have I done
What shall I achieve
When all I can do is cry just believe
You mustn't look back when your hands on the plough
Furrow deep break the clogs of the ground
Spread abroad the principle wheat
Instruct in discretion
Simple
Sweet
Nurture
Brother - that reminds me of my mother
And what we must go through
Everybody ages
This is nothing new
Sprung from the trap of life
It seems my world's retracting
But I like to cast a line
Something might be catching

A fun read with catching lines of rhyme. Well done
Valiantstar, this hit me hard. There is a beautiful persistence running through this...the sense of continuing the work even while carrying grief, uncertainty, and the weight of passing time. That really resonated with me, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
