I know that a lot of people out there are really going through it,

Insanity, can be just moments away from completely losing it.

Selfcare is important but do you feel for others too or not give a shit?

Can't even begin to comprehend the type of time you're on,

Promise to never lose hope though, push on, don't be gone.

Dealing with those demons literally and figuratively,

Recognise that's it's all the same thing actually, eventually.
