Obviously there was a time before the internet,
Forgotten, personal interaction needs an outlet.
Fragmented EMP bombs destroyed every grid,
Launched back, forget cashless, grab your quid.
Integral communities thrived, all in due time,
No known perpetrators owned up to the crime,
Evil reared it's head, clocks neared a 12 chime.

Yes indeed I remember the time when neighbors sat on stoops or front porches and talked to each other got to know each other and because they did crime was less. Now no one knows their neighbors nor do they care about them. Well written
Sad times now yes, thank you. Better back then.
You are most welcome.
Yes, I remember the time E.T. was here, before he went home! lol.
Lol.
Maybe he hasn't gone home? heehee.
My friend, I’ve caught myself wondering before whether we’d be better off or worse off if all the screens suddenly went dark. This brought some of those thoughts back for me. Interesting piece, Shaun. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Exactly pal, its a shame, cheers.
