final call

Tristan Robert Lange

Notice of absence from Tristan Robert Lange
Life is full of seasons. This is a season of transition for me, where I will be moving with my family to a new location. As such, with much logistics to consider, I am doing my best to keep up. Please know if I accidentally don't respond, it is not because I am ghosting or becoming distant. Once things settle after the move, I am sure life will return to some normalcy. In the meantime, and always:

Read 👓, Write ✍️, Rise 🌅, Realize 🤯.

Tristan 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
no matter
how many ways
how many days
which way it plays
the outcome: the same.

what effort
are you
implying I make,
now?

i’m sorry,
you won’t then?—
that’s fine—
the night’s symphony...
is where this
conversation
ends.

What I got outah this the art of not over explaining or over doing or letting other motherfuckers question the work a person puts in

Well written. Your poem revolves around a dialogue that hints at emotional exhaustion and the realization that further discussion is pointless. The poet seems to confront someone who is unwilling to engage meaningfully, leading to a quiet resignation.

Tristan this one starts off hot and keeps rolling. It feels like I jumped on in the middle of the ride. Not sure where it came from or where it is going but whatever it is it is final. Well written my friend

Don't you just love the theory people, they can do anything with their minds.
Well actually when it comes to the practical bit, they're usually bloody hopeless.

    a deep write so honest

To let the symphony carry us away is a grace unfailing. 🕊️🙏🏻🚀

lol I love your strength, yes finish it right there Tristan you are far too good for anything less. 🌹 You know the most power is in the silence why fight, just get on with the rest of life in peace.

Me again! And now a call, a call of the wild, only heard by a rare creature. Examples of the call are 'glug' and 'iyam' (I yam). lol. Why does he have to spoil things every time? lol.

  • Thomas W Case

This feels stripped down and controlled, like emotion held just behind the teeth rather than spilling over.
The short lines give it a clipped finality—like someone choosing distance over escalation.

What stands out is the quiet pivot from negotiation to withdrawal: not anger, more resignation.
And that last image—“the night’s symphony”—turns ending into something strangely composed, almost graceful.
