A generic drink,
Popular all year 'round,
But there's just something about sitting in a café,
Sipping on my peach iced tea,
Its gorgeous orange colour - my favourite.
That true sweetness draws me back again and again,
The perfect drink for a hot summer afternoon in late June.

Nicely done I too picked a food motif today and this would go well. The poem is light and feels free and carefree. Nicely done
A peach colored hibiscus flower also is a favorite summer vibe.
It really is, I'll keep that in mind as inspiration for one of my next paintings or poems!
In my profile, I posted a photograph of a peach colored hibiscus flower.
