Crape Myrtle 💐

GoddessEYES

Your a flower that has so many layers I wanna peel it back to reveal the most beautiful part of you open and beloved and natural growth that sprouts I see how your roots connect to the universe

Like a natural goddess that you are flowy glowy and free like a lilac of the south

    Love that tree so beautiful

Metaphoric it makes it clear that petals falling reveal inner beauty and that they are attracted by the floral fragrance. The birds and the bees are attracted to these. Well done.

    Nicely done

My friend, this is a lovely expression of love and admiration. The natural imagery, especially the roots and the "lilac of the south," gives it a peaceful, organic beauty. That reference to the crape myrtle brings me to my parents' yard which house these trees, which made this all the more enjoyable to read. Beautifully done. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

the inner beauty is revealed only after removing layer by layer of whatever covered it - enjoyed the read..
