My Bluetooth headphones ran out of battery,
Recharging required, not sending to the factory.
Music ended and a voice said juice is now low,
Barely finished a track before the silent blow.
I'll listen to the car traffic, wildlife and water,
No chance now for a musical beat slaughter.
Electricity will rectify my issue when back home,
Guess I could always use the speaker on my phone.

Good write SM. You could rock your head from side to side while wearing the headphones, and folk wouldn't know you've gone silent. lol.
Haha, this is true yes.
Clever and poignant with our increased dependance on technology we only miss when it is missing. Well done
Thank you, indeed, I should have took my wire lol.
Most welcome
Shaun, what a fun, relatable write. You took a minor inconvenience that just about everyone has experienced and turned it into an entertaining read with a lighthearted finish. Sometimes everyday moments make for the best poems. Wonderful write, my friend! 😄🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Cheers mate.
Fact of life that often happens to the best of us
Cheers.
