He begs me to lie beside him.
I leave him mercilessly.
I lie on the couch.
I sleep peacefully.
We find love again.
I lie beside him.
His sad eyes glitter.
He kisses my forehead.
He snores within five minutes.
I lie awake,
waiting endlessly
to get some sleep.

A poem of love with insomnia. Well done
Thank you so much
You are most welcome Cini
Oh dear
That IS pain
❤️
That reminds me of a relationship many moons ago...
Too well written for me to ignore and forget !
I am happy you could relate. Cherish your memories ❤️
