Unwritten constellation

mon

The moon said he was the one to light up my nights.,

When you made me cry..

Left me alone to suffer the sorrow..

But my eyes say its not true..

I saw you holding my hand all night..

While, I left myself to the grave..

You held me tight..

You counted all the tears…

And made sure it never touched the ground.

the breeze said they brushed my hairs while they tangled..

but I felt it to be your fingers.

Calming my stormy mind..

Catching all the voices and swallowing it with no grief..

You were like the much-wanted sunlight to me,

After long, rainy day.

I wanted to keep you-

like the only precious thing I would ever have.

But I realized,

we were two stars.,

never destined to share the same sky.
