Eternal alliance

The eternal alliance was born with the first dawn.
It is the hand that set history in motion.
Beyond history, it has endured, never becoming a pawn.
For ages it has walked through struggle and forged its own vision.

It has seen countless battles and returned from each unbroken.
It crossed mountains and barren hills, untouched by fear.
Through dust and silence, it endured the weight of ages, never forgotten.
Its chest still faces the horizon, unbowed and gazing afar.

Disasters came, then passed.
Threats gathered, then faded.
Great lands rose between them, yet the bond remained.
Maps sought to erase them, yet their presence intensified.

Enemies claimed the valley between them,
yet messages still crossed from continent to continent.

They tried to seize one shore,
but were driven back in flee.

They raided their walls,
but could not reach their outposts.

They laid siege to the other,
but never found the white flag of surrender.

They hanged their leaders,
but the movement survives.

Each arm has always carried the other,
each aiding the other without fail.
Its omnipotence comes not from the sky,
but from the spiritual treatise.

They were cast into the fire,
yet their shields did not burn.

They stood beneath a rain of arrows,
yet their armor was never pierced.

Glory to the ones who sacrificed their lives;
now they are the ones most alive.

Their minds begin to stir when free spirits,
driven from every place, join their ranks.

Their faces remain stern; the soldiers never scorn,
yet something quietly takes root within their hearts.

They are welcomed into the mighty Order.
May they never submit to the unjust conqueror.

No one has witnessed the doctrine erode.
No one has seen its shared purpose die.
To endure is written into the Order’s fate.
Such is the destiny of the eternal alliance.
