All too familiar
Glistening bright like plasma
Your eyes hold infinity
Expanding like the universe
The gravity of your touch
Pulled me in,
Back to where I began
When the universe still called us one
The iron in our blood
The calcium in our bones
Recognized itself
Long before we did;
Before the universe named us apart,
