If love was a crime
I’d cross the line
Quick in the dark
Heart on the spine
If love was a theft
I’d steal your breath
Pocket your pulse
Run from the rest
If love was a chase
I’d hide your face
Tucked in my chest
Safe in the space
If love was a sin
I’d break again
Bleed for the touch
Burn for the grin
If love was a law
I’d break it raw
Caught in your hands
Bound by your draw
If love was a crime
I’d serve the time
Locked in your name
Yours by design

I love this multifaceted look at love using it in all its aspects to convince how much one has for another. Well written
Very well written Anthony 👏
I rarely write on the topic of love myself as I find it quite challenging. You've pulled this off beautifully.

Wishing you happiness with the one you love/ you feel and write about it so well ✌️
